Women Development & Community Organization (WDCO) is a registered non-profit development organization working for the upliftment of deprived and vulnerable communities in Balochistan. WDCO envisions a society where every citizen, regardless of gender, class, religion, or sect, enjoys equal opportunities and access to resources.
Founded in the year 2000, WDCO was initially registered under the Social Welfare Act 1961, and later in 2012, it was also registered with the Government of Balochistan under the Societies Act 1860.
